This person will assist skilled trade workers in a variety of jobs, perform specialized maintenance work, and other related duties as assigned.

REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES:

) Perform specialized grounds maintenance work and assist others with skilled trades work.
Perform basic building maintenance tasks and assist others with skilled trades work.
Inspects and maintains door closers, lockers, furniture, cafeteria tables, bleacher systems, fire extinguishers, fencing, gates restroom partitions, playground equipment, athletic equipment and performs preventative maintenance on components at the sites.
Move and assemble furniture and equipment as necessary.
Use a variety of general maintenance tools and equipment such as, forklifts, scissor lifts, blowers, ladders, power tools, etc.
Maintain regular and prompt attendance in the workplace.
Perform related duties as assigned.
